Isn't mocha just coffee and chocolate? Just add some instant coffee.

I think there is one on the side of the carton for hood's calorie countdown
chocolate stuff. You grind coffee beans and just hood's chocolate stuff,
and ground ice. I think.

Try silken Tofu, LC milk, LC chocolate syrup, and instant coffee in a
blender.

Thanks but I avoid Tofu like the plague. Not that it tastes bad or
anything, but it can cause thyroid issues.

I need a recipe for a sugar free mocha shake. Anyone know how to
make a sugar free mocha taste? I have Advance Sugar Free Chocolate
and after that I'm lost.

In the blender I do whipping cream, a spoonful of instant DandyBlend
(http://www.dandyblend.com/ - because I'm having some problems and the doc
said I have to give up coffee), a spoonful of cocoa powder, a dash of
vanilla extract, and a couple of spoonsful of splenda to taste.

I don't know anything about Advance SF Chocolate, plain cocoa powder gives
me all the chocolate taste I need.

I prefer doing it the other way around:

Start with 3/4 mug of very hot coffee. Mix in baking cacao until you
think you have enough. Add how much splenda you like (I tend to
skip). Add how much cream you like. Top off with more hot water.

That's for a mocha, not a mocha shake though. The shake would
involve using a blender to turn ice into snow and add the stuff to
that blending until it is the texture of a smoothie.

With all the great advice I got here and from the LC Rec. group this is what
I came up with.

International Swiss Mocha Coffee (sugar free kind). I made a it hot, about
24 oz and put DiVinchi's sugar free chocolate syrup and splenda to tastes.
I keep that in the frig ready to add to my shake.

My shake is 2 scoops Whey protein
2 packs splenda
1 oz heavy whipping cream (don't know if it is an ounce as I just pour a bit
out)
Cold water

Mix until blended and then add Mocha Coffee and taste as I go to see if it
is Mochaie tasting enough for me.
Add a little ice to make it chill and then I'm done!
