Default Holiday hurrah!

Despite going off plan on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and not getting
to weigh Christmas week (which I'm sure I lost in), and not getting to the
gym last week at ALL, I went in yesterday to weigh-in and figured I would
be content with maintaining (meaning I had lost the week before and gained
it back). Well, Santa brought me a late Chrstimas gift and I had a loss of
1.8, so down to 177.4 (my lowest ever, so far!) I was so happy! I have
been working out a lot and work has been crazy busy (at a very busy grocery
store!), so I guess I'm doing something right!

Thank God for little things, right?

Good luck to all of you, and may you be blessed with a loss this week!
