Default fast track kit

Congrats Betty :-)
That's a great loss for 1 week, and even better for your total loss.
Keep it up!

Last week at our meeting I got the new Fast Track kit. It has an exercise
DVD and "quick and easy guide to higher carb eating and one for higher
protein eating." It is breakfast, lunch and dinner and you select from the
different colums. No matter which you choose, higher carbs or higher
protein, you only get 20 points a day and no flex points. You are to follow
it for 2 weeks. Supposedly it jump starts you or if you are at a plateau.
I'll try it after the holidays. Sorry if this is so long. Anyway last week
I lost 1.4 which makes 12.2 in 7 weeks.
Betty

Hi Betty,
Maybe you could start off slow, and even just try lifting your legs whilst in your chair checking out this NG.
Anything has to be better than nothing.
Cheers,

I watched the DVD but did not try it yet. I don't know if you are familiar
with Leslie Sansone's In Home Walking tapes but this seems very similiar to
those. I have difficulty walking and have not done any exercising yet. But
I know I must try. I am going grocery shopping to get what I need for the
Fast Track eating and will let you know how it goes. I am at 26 points now
but this gives you only 20 and no flex points. Betty

Alright Betty!!! Congrats on losing all that weight!!

I got the fast track kit as well and I've been trying the exercise DVD.
It's about 30 minutes long and calculates out to 2.5 points if you play
it all the way through and you weigh 200-210. It's a trixy DVD, it gives
you the points if you did 30 minutes of high intensity, medium intensity
and low intensity but then it only gives you between 6 and 7.75 minutes
of each.
