Default good bathroom scales?

Just a word of advise for anyone with small children looking for a scale.
Those ones that measure body fat don't usually work for little people with
little feet that don't fit on all the sensors. And that really makes them
mad. Mine, anyway! I took mine back, and got a standard dial scale. I do
want to get a more accurate one for myself, but for now, the cheap one will
do.

Howdy folks,
Can anyone reccomend a good bathroom scale? Mine is getting kind of flakey
and I'd like to get a new one. But I have no desire to spend $70. Looking
for a reliable option that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, it doesn't have to
be digital. Thanks for the help.
I'm new here but not to weight watchers. I started the Winning Points at
Home 1.5 years ago and lost 50 pounds in about 12 -13 weeks. I was losing 3
pounds a week, but being a human I strayed and have put most of it on. I
just started again yesterday. Good thing is I haven't put it all back on.
After finding this newsgroup I will definitely be coming here regularly. Do
yall exchange recipes or know a good place for recipes which lists the
points? Take care.

thanks
paul

Sounds like the one my hubby bought me at Sears. A Tanita. It is really
great.

HI Paul,
My husband just bought me a weight watcher scale that is sold from SEars,

it
does body fat also, and it is the same weight as the one from our

meetings.
Hope that helps

They were and if we were using our own money it wouldn't have happened, but
since hubby got $350 bonus gift certificate to Sears it more than covered
the cost. I should never have purchased the cheap mechanical scale. I
could never read the weight and it wasn't accurate enough. Any one want a
cheap scale who has good eyesight?

That's so lovely :-) I hope you enjoy your new scales. I'd love to
have a Tanita scale but here they're horribly expensive.
