Default Any healthy low fat/cal/carb meal ideas?

I am running out of ideas. I am getting tired of the same old thing
all the time. Do you have some ideas I might be able to use?? Keep
in mind that I am trying to watch my cholesterol as well as my carbs (I
am diabetic and have gotten off all meds since I have lost weight, so I
really have to watch them bad carbs!) and of course they need to be low
fat/low cal cuz I got a lot of weight left to lose

TIA!

Wholewhaet spaghetti, sauce of cooked, shredded spinach with a touch of
cream, sprinkle on a little parmesan, side salad with low al dressing?

maybe some salmon or low-fat fish on the side? Although supposedly the
combination of fish with either salad or spinahc is carcinogenis. I fid
that an acceptable risk, myself, because I rarely eat that combination.

An alternative: a salad of greens+ legumes, a little olive oil, garlic,
maybe some tomatoes or spring onions. Served with some whole wheat
bread. Have a starter of soup if you want a bigger, hotter meal.
