Default fast track kit

Last week at our meeting I got the new Fast Track kit. It has an exercise
DVD and "quick and easy guide to higher carb eating and one for higher
protein eating." It is breakfast, lunch and dinner and you select from the
different colums. No matter which you choose, higher carbs or higher
protein, you only get 20 points a day and no flex points. You are to follow
it for 2 weeks. Supposedly it jump starts you or if you are at a plateau.
I'll try it after the holidays. Sorry if this is so long. Anyway last week
I lost 1.4 which makes 12.2 in 7 weeks.

fast track kit

Betty,
Congrats on the loss. That is very impressive. Do you go to meetings in the states? I am curious about this Fast Track kit and would like to ask about it at my center. If possible could you explain it a bit further. Thanks.

Kristine: Ask about the fast track kit at your meeting. If you can't get it where you are, I am in Pennsylvania in the states, I will email it to you. I am not real computer literate but I can email it if you give me your address. Check with your leader and let me know.

I watched the DVD but did not try it yet. I don't know if you are familiar
with Leslie Sansone's In Home Walking tapes but this seems very similiar to
those. I have difficulty walking and have not done any exercising yet. But
I know I must try. I am going grocery shopping to get what I need for the
Fast Track eating and will let you know how it goes. I am at 26 points now
but this gives you only 20 and no flex points. Betty

Hmm, not sure if I want to try it or not... 20 points for ALL ranges/points
targets? How does that let me lose then if my target is 28?

supposedly you just do it for a week or two to shake your body up then back
to your regular points, Our leader said to not do it all that often, or use
it the week before a situation where you have little or no control over the
food. Lee, not to sure about it either
