Good for you Glad you had a great time.

I have a suit made for me in Goa. It's a party piece for me to get it
out and try it on

we didn't wear the shirts. This year, DH got them out and put his on, he
put mine with the clothes I was changing into after WI. I put it on after

Yay for you!

I had a similar experience on Wednesday... Went to see a sister, and
before Christmas last year I left my rain jacket (bright pink with blue
and pink flowery lining! made it myself, see... ) in her Landrover...
I bought a coat at the start of the summer as I knew there would be no
time to make a new one, and the pink was getting a bit loose when I last
saw it.

Well, I put the pink one on to go out in the rain with sis and the
puppy... Sis is a six foot giant and about the same round as me, and we
could BOTH have fitted in that coat together! We did have a good
giggle. Could have camped out in it! Charity shop, want a giant pink
rain coat?

I understand you need three clones of your present self to fill it!
It's good to keep one item as a reminder.

Good for you, I find it extremely encouraging when I can excuse from service
even one item of clothing for being too large. I started with four closets
full of clothes that were in various sizes. I am now to the point that one
is completely empty, one has coats like it is supposed to and one has the
Play stuff and night clothes, our bedroom has only what fits right now. The
one with the night clothes has only a few articles that are too small, I
used cleaning and organizing the closets to keep me busy and as a start to
doing any activity. by putting the clothes in size order and cleaning I got
some movement that wasn't too strenuous, allowed for reasonable resting, got
a handle on what I really had to wear and got a clean closet to boot. It is
wonderful to actually go into the closet and KNOW what I have to wear. Lee
