OK I finally got around to sauteing some raw spinach. I sued light olive oil And then put some seasoning on it It was GOOd that way! Thanks so much for a new way to eat spinach guys! I've always eaten it raw in salads but I tried the saute and it was great! I'll still have my salads, but now I have another way to enjoy spinach. You don't even need a lot of cream cheese really, if you smush it
in really well. Sounds great! Ill try it! |

I've always eaten it raw in salads but I tried the saute and it was
great! Yep... same here I always ate spinach raw as a spinach salad. And I never really did like cooked canned spinach But by sauteing slightly in a skillet and adding some condiments it adds a whole new dimension to spinach |

Cooking tomatoes boosts the nutritional value. Makes the cancer-fighting lycopene easier to absorb by the body. http://www.yenra.com/tomatoes/ Amazing! Great news for people like me who love tomatoe sauces and soups but hate raw tomatoes! |
