Nasty Subject - read with care

Rich A change in your diet can certainly make a change in body functions. You might have more fiber in your current diet compared to your previous one. Be sure you're drinking plenty of water. Not enough variety and not enough fiber. Add some legumes like lentils which you can probably get at the local Paki take-away. instead of white pitas and white pasta, and regular corn flakes, you should be
