No. It is generally harmfull while on the plan. Remember that
it is designed for and tested on low fat people to force their
bodies to burn fat. But Atkins uses natural diet to do that.

It's like seeing that someone is walking, but you've been
instructed to help them, so you run up behind them, give them a
shove and knock them over. Throw a wrench in the works.
