Hi everybody ... Just trying to get some info regarding a good nutrition plan.

Any good online services for that?

Thanks.

I've attempted a Low Carb online guide

I will soon add a menu and you won't have to pay for it.

The address is www.fitnessbegin.com/dieting/index.html

I'm proud that our no sell out diet "philosophy" will ever be a cheap
sell out.

Please enjoy the site like 1 in 5 people that add to their favourite
(TRUE!) do already.

Regards,
Simon

Negative calorie food? Peaches? What a joke.

would you consider the usenet as offline?

Since this is a low carb group, you might want to consider getting an
offline source of information, such as DANDR - Dr. Atkins new Diet
Revolution.

Else, there's always the FAQ. (Guess why it is called FAQ?)

It is posted in this group regularly and lists lots of useful online
sources. Or read it he

Thank you everybody for your "kind" words. Especially to you Marengo. Nice joke.
Anyway, I thought that being a newbie, I would get help from you guys.
Petra, thank you for your tips.

Xena---There seems to be a policy about always being rude and insulting
to newbies in here. I have no idea why...except there are just as many
jerks on Usenet as there are in RL.

Ignore the BS and take the good info. Not everybod in here is a
jerk....it just seems that way at first.

Good luck and welcome.

More jerks in Usenet than in RL (I don't think of Peter Marengo as a
jerk, fyi). I think it has to do with the PITF factor (no one can give
you a Punch In The Face on usenet). Maybe ther jerk:normal ratio is the
same as RL, just people are more openly jerks on usenet.

Don't mind Marengo. His massive stroke and loss of penile function have
turned him into a very angry and bitter old man.

Hi xena. My best tip is to stock up on things you can have and that you
enjoy, and try to keep the rest out of the house as much as possible.
FitDay is a good program to start with when you're first keeping track
of carbs, calories, and fat. Best to you on your weight loss journey.
