Default FLEX IS THE PLAN FOR ME !!! - Down 4.0 lbs

Hi all,

My struggling has come to an end!!

I've reached my highest loss to date of 78.2 lbs! I'm so happy!!

What a challenging week..........Friday was my son's 6th birthday - he
wanted to go to Boston Pizza - So I downloaded the menu online and worked
out the points for each item.
Saturday was another Italian wedding with food galore - but I know what to
expect.
Monday we had Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner.

When I came home from my WI last Friday, I sat down and decided to plan
ahead for the next 4 days. I wrote out each day and I stuck to it as best
as I could.

All week went pretty well on FLEX. I overate my weekly points by about 10,
but all in all, I ate healthy and made sure that I stuck to the 8 healthy
guidelines each day.

The result was a 4.0 lbs loss this week!!!

Feeling totally great!..........next mini goal - 80 lbs!
