Week 2
I lost 1.2lbs...whooo hooo!
Last year I lost 5lbs my first week, but I was doing teh flex plan and had headaches and always hungry, this time around, I'm not always hungry, I'm eating healthier and working out much more...slowly but surely. I did misbehave Friday/Saturday by having Mexican sopes and Salvadorean pupusas but it's okay, I still lost some ))) Have a great week everyone! What are Mexican sopes and Salvadorean pupusas? I am sure I could
