Default Week 15...

I thought this was week 14 but it is 15...I am down 20.8 lbs total (1.8
this week) and my mini-goal is 24 by next week. Not sure I can make
it, but I'm gonna bust my butt trying! For anyone who is just
starting, have faith - if you follow the plan you *will* lose weight.
It's amazing how much even a 20 lb loss can do for your mood and the
way you feel ! I also got my first compliment - one of the Moms in my
son's playgroup noticed that I had lost weight. That was such a
reward! My next goal is to start exercising more regularly.

Thanks to everyone who has offered support! You guys are awesome!

This is a totally awesome NSV.

In church this past weekend one of the guys I play music with noticed I
was losing weight. It feels good don'ten it. I gotta remember how
that felt on those weeks when I feel FAT.

Don't forget the good feelings, you earned them.

that is one of the best NSVs there is, yes you should be losing for your
health and for yourself but it sure is grand when someone else who has
nothing to benefit by complimenting you does so, hang onto that feeling it
is wonderful, Lee, pleased for you

I will remember that - thanks!

Thanks to everyone who replied. I am really happy with the program,
although I still struggle from time to time.
