Default Sore head............. Hit it falling off the wagon......

Was doing soooo well, lost 15lbs and then couldn't help it, had to dig out
my coffee machine, missed my gurgling buddy so much, and then passed by my
favourite coffee house in Glasgow, so had to pop in......... then there they
were....... the store made vanilla danish('s?) they cried out to
me.........(ok so all of this has driven me ever so slightly loopy) so I
had to have one.
Well this was the beginning of last week, and since then my
girlfriend/partner (all one person) and I have gone through almost 1 lb of
coffee and a few danish('s). I feel sooooooo guilty, and we're off on
holiday to Majorca next week, so I'm gonna get that outa the way and climb
back on the wagon when we get back.....

But hey,......... coffee... what about it huh?.....WOW!

Andy

p.s. PLEASE, whoever may be thinking about it.............don't even DREAM
of coming back and saying "Why not try decaf"........ What the hell is
Coffee without caffienne?.....NOTHING! It just doesn't work, lol

What's the problem with coffee? I drink it will no problems (not all day,
mind you). Just include it and the carbs from it and use fitday.com.....try
to use the various liquid forms of sweetner that are discussed in this
group....also, start exercising....that way, the few carbs you get from
coffee won't make much difference....

now, as for the danish...you've got to make some choices here, bud....then
learn to use will power to just say no....

I haven't ordered from them though, so I can't tell you how good they
are. They look pretty cool though...

To relate this to the rest of the post, I drink coffee (regular, no
less) with cream daily without any problems btw. One cup in the
morning on the way to work. Hasn't been a problem. Other things have
been, but not coffee...

Coffee itself isn't the problem.......the problem is, I can't stop at 1 or
2, gotta do the pot.....and then anytime Ive passed a coffee house in the
past coupla weeks, I cant resist my caffeinne hit. But the main problem
is.... I cant have coffee with sweetners, (I've tried them ALL) its gotta
be sugar, but I have managed to cut down the sugar I NEED in my coffee
cosiderably...........

I checked the link for the low carb meals and looked at chicken satay. It
has modified food starch and brown sugar in it. I thought those things are
not low carb. It probably depends on what Low carb meal plan you are on
maybe they might be okay. I dont eat brown sugar or food starch.

Ah, see, I never took sugar in my coffee, even before LC, so that's no
problem for me.

I know you say you've tried them all, but have you tried the sugar
free syrups everyone here raves about?

So... you "gotta" have your cofee pot, you "gotta" have caffeine, you
"gotta" have real sugar....

I guess you just need to decide whether or not you "gotta" lose
weight.

Jake.
