Default Progresso traditional 99% fat free New England clam chowder

I made this for dinner this evening for a quick meal before a concert
and it was so good. The can has two servings, each 120 calories, 2
grams fat and 2 grams fiber for 2 pts. per serving. You do not add
water so it is quite thick and creamy.

I also like the chicken and rice, 1 pt per serving 3 for the can, and
chicken noodle, 2 per serving and 4 for the can, Lee
