Yumm..This sounds good. I have to check where I can get this in downtown
Toronto...Perhaps Whole Foods..

Check out Keto Crisp cereal at your nutrition store or online at

Vitacost.com.
I eat it with strawberries or blueberries and diluted heavy cream. Eating

eggs
everyday got to me. I love the crunch of this cereal. Comes in cocoa

flavor,
too!

I don't think I can get those rolls here. I wonder if I can have one slice
of rice bread? Reason being that I have a minor wheat allergy..

I make a breakfast sandwich using O'So Lo Rolls (3 carbs), a sausage

patty,
and slice of cheese. Occasionally, I'll add an egg. Quick, eas, portable
and tasty.

And not everyone gets up in the "morning"...I go to bed at 10am and wake up
at about 7pm. Your breakfast-time is my supper-time, and vice-versa...And I
love breakfast anytime

This includes eggs, but how about pancakes?
2 tbsp almond flour
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs

Blend well, and then cook on a skillet as you would pancakes. Makes about 4
4-inch pancakes. Serve with some butter and ... splenda and cinnamon, SF
maple syrup, sliced strawberries, some blueberries. Yum yum. I had this for
breakfast this morning. It was delicious.

Try a mock Danish. This is an old low carb recipe from who knows where)

I prefer it warm if I have it for breakfast, with a little of the
strawberry/Splenda sauce that I mentioned in the ice cream thread, rather
than cinnamon or nutmeg. I make it sweet, kind of like a single-serve
cheesecake. I give the cream cheese about 10 seconds in the micro to
soften it, and mix the rest in.

The night before, mix 3-4 ounces softened (room temp) cream cheese, one egg,
a packet of Splenda or more if you like sweet stuff, a half teaspoon of
vanilla or other extract (lemon is good also), a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
in a heat proof cereal bowl. Nuke (microwave) on high for about a minute and
a half or until the center is set (not liquid). Put some Glad Wrap or other
covering over the bowl and refrigerate until morning. Make yourself some
decaf coffee with cream and Splenda and enjoy your mock Danish.

Lox and cream cheese on cucumber slices is great.

Yes, I hate breakfast food for breakfast. If I eat eggs, it's apt
to be at some other meal. Breakfast is usually leftovers or
something else that's quick.
