moroccan mixture
Ingredients
x ounces of shrimp based on your protein needs 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 small zuchini, cubed 1/2 cup spaghetti squash cooked and shredded 1/2 cup canellini beans Moroccan spice blend to taste (google) Place all ingredeints at hand. Put cooking spray in nonstick pan. Cook zuch for a bit, then add shrimp. When nearly cooked, add everything else. Heat rhrough. |

It just costs toom any points to even bother with), curry powder with plain nonfat yougourt or if I am making an Indian dish, make some extra spices. Morrocan and applesauce is one of my favorites.
