Thanks to conscientiously following the 8 healthy rules and keeping
OP, I lost exactly 1.6 pounds at Sat WI. Which is what I had gained
over the previous 2 weeks (my first gain while doing WW) so I am of
course very pleased.

I'm a little late chiming in here, but this week, I was down 4.6 after a
"perfect" week OP and I am just a bit below where I was after my two weeks
of heck.

It's a good feeling, isn't it?

Wow! 4.6 pounds? That's great! Many congrats to your diligence. To
me, the fact that you were diligent and brought yourself down again is
more to celebrate that the actual pounds lost. Although that's nice
too. :^)
