Default Bam...what was gained is lost

Thanks to conscientiously following the 8 healthy rules and keeping OP, I
lost exactly 1.6 pounds at Sat WI. Which is what I had gained over the
previous 2 weeks (my first gain while doing WW) so I am of course very
pleased.

See you do the program, the program works. Maybe not every week, but eventually it all comes off.

I'm a little late chiming in here, but this week, I was down 4.6 after a
"perfect" week OP and I am just a bit below where I was after my two weeks
of heck.

It's a good feeling, isn't it?
