Phase One, back on the wagon
I am back on phase 1 of SBD after a couple months of weak stick-toitiveness
and major rationalization and cheating. I gained about 5 pounds back but it feels like 20 cause it's sitting on my waist. Starting today I am cutting out everything but caffeine--there are some things you just can't live without. This time I am determined to not start cheating after the first bout of significant weight loss-I get overconfident in my loss and start adding bad things back too quickly. So that is my goal--to not rationalize cheating because "I lost X amount of weight so I can afford this cake, blah blah blah." Okay--I can do this! (started Oct 2003, 5'3", 159/149/130) lowest weight, 143 in November 03 |
