Default WW & Menopause

Does any one know about being on Weight Watchers and going through
menopause? I'm going on week 3 on WW and I've only lost less than 3 pounds?
Does anyone have any suggestions? I've been walking to Lesley Samsone Walk
away the Pounds and I love it.

If you have any suggestion please let me know.

Thanks,
Tina

It shouldn't be a problem. Just follow the plan, stick within your
points range, exercise, drink the water and eat the right stuff. You
may find a slow loss followed by a larger one, a gain that is water
weight or anything else. Trust me, if you follow the plan nothing other
than certain medications will stop you from losing weight. When you are
older unfortunately you don't lose as quickly but a loss is a loss and
three pounds lost is better than none at all.

It is harder when menopause or perimenopause are slowing your metabolism
down. Just remember to drink your water and stay within your points. More
importantly increase your exercise to increase your metoblism. So if you are
doing the 1 mile WATP increase it to 2 miles.

BTW, 3 pounds in 3 weeks is excellent progress. Keep it up.
