Need a good crunchy cookie recipe
I baked a batch of cookies (I think they were from the Atkins site) that
were more like cake than cookies. They were very soft and cake-like and not all that tasty. I like a good crunchy cookie. Anyone got any suggestions of a recipe they've tried that turned out this way (crunchy)... like a good cookie should be? -- Jim Marnott 231/194/194 (Hit goal on 22 Nov '03 -- exactly 6 months later) Atkins since 22 May '03 Gym since 1 sept '03
