Dang Partially Hydrogenated Oils!
They're in every prepared food! I mistakenly didn't look at the bag of
meatballs I bought (though I did check the carb content), because I thought there couldn't be partially hydrogenated oils in meatballs. Alas, after eating almost the whole bag, I realized that there are PHO in the meatballs. That sucks, as these were easy to cook and tasty. This begs the question as to why they're adding oils like that to meatballs. Anyway, another lesson learned -- always read the labels, regardless of what you think should be in there. -- Bob M remove ".x" to reply |

And with all the bad press that PHO are getting these days, you'd think they'd quit using them. How did you ride go? Did you do what, 85? |

Of course, I didn't. My chain keeps jumping -- I think I kept the old one on there too long. I've replaced the chain and the rear cassette, but it appears as if I also have to change the chainrings, dangnabit! Next week is my century, but it appears as if it might rain (at least that's the current forecast -- which changes hourly). Riding 100 miles in the rain could suck. -- Bob in CT Remove ".x" to reply |
