I lost 0.6 lbs this week.

Doesn't sound like much, but I'm really happy. I had a big loss last week
(2.8) and am at a healthy weight which means slower weight loss.

Sooo any loss is a major victory and I'm HAPPY!

Just curious, do you average your weight over a week? My weight varies up
to 5 pounds every day, in the same time and place, same clothing (none!).

I WI once a week, and average over 3-4 weeks to really know how I'm doing.

Your weight will always fluctuate, that's just how it works.
