Hi
I do my best to eat mostly organic veggies (alot!), meat, fish, and I
still take a multivitiamin every day. I believe I'm getting all the
nutriton I need. If you want to support Atkins Center that's fine,
though.

maybe there is another glitter girl out there, this was only my second
post-I just joined the newsgroup a couple of weeks ago, since I dusted off
my copy of the ASDLC cookbook and followed the directions....I was
definitely NOT dissing anyone, more the US media that has the knack of
ticking me off everyday...

as far as the Atkins products are concerned, I buy vitamins, bread, and a
few convenience foods, so I choose to purchase Atkins brand, as I stated
before....there is a large department store chain here in my town that I
do not shop at, even though it means a 30 min trip to another department
store, because this store requires their FEMALE employees to carry plastic
see-through purses.....I do not order pizza from one of the largest pizza
chains because they have a "farm" company set up to support right-to-life
groups....I try not to purchase any products from one of the "big three"
food companies, because they are sabotaging nursing mothers in third world
countries.....

I do have some convictions that I try to live by, like I said, I was
bitching, but I never meant to offend anyone, only spout off......I
apologise for my lack of netiquette.....

I am curious, in one paragraph you write about buying highly processed
atkins junk foods, and in another paragraph, you implore us to give up
all processed foods. That makes no sense.

I noticed that too as well as dissing me for *asking* about the Body For
Life program on here.

If I am curious about *something* no matter what it is I like to learn
about
things I am interested in, but
if and when I do, I am also finding out that it *is* entirely possible
to do
a low carb version of BFL and many ppl
(from what I have been reading on the internet) have and do *without*
eating
high carb foods on thier free days
or the high carb foods that are in the food plan of BFL. My main
interest
is in the *exercise* portion of the BFL plan.

Kinda makes me wonder *who* this person is.

I've also noticed the contradictions - and if glitter girl have so much
conviction about alternative medical research why doesn't she donate
directly to charities who fund these types of research instead of buying
the Atkins products?

Anyway - glitter girl has posted here on and off and I don't recall
seeing her posting in the last month or so. She might have dissed you
because she has no idea that you're a long-timer of ASDLC.

And you are singling me out because?????

You've been doing so good!! Don't start getting paranoid now. I've seen you
repeat this cycle before and you end up so hurt by the end of it all.

It was in a post I made over the last couple of days.
When she mentioned *free day* that told me all I needed to know.

Here is a perfect example of how it starts. Try to stop yourself now. Is
this self-sabotaging behavior? I have my own issues that I have to stand on
top of.

OMG!! I am not getting paranoid or whatever you think is going
through my mind. I was simply asking a question and I dropped it
yesterday after reading her last post. I have not even thought of it
until now when I just read this and I will drop it again right now.

I am not at all getting paranoid and I have been hurt by far worse.

My exterior is a *LOT* tougher now and always will be. Trust me.
