Tomatoes are no longer limited in any Phase
Onions are not limited in any Phase

I agree with the tomatoes. I see no reason not to eat them. I usually lose
more if I eat them. If I want to lose for sure, I just need to eat stewed
tomatoes and ground meat. Yum!

Really? That is such good news if you are telling the truth.....which
I am sure you are. I love tomatoes cooked with beef. I always though
tomatoes had quite a lot of carbs though. Is it because of the fiber
that they are ok??

I always get a kick out of mooches like yourself who expect to get paid

for
working but then expect writers to provide complimentary books to

thousands.

But you are the one who criticized South Beach for charging for update
information, aren't you? Don't you see your own hypocrisy?

If you could actually read, cipher and abosrb a citation, hell, if you
could simply tell if a study was valid or not, I would argue with you and
you would lose.

Since you can't, I won't.

However, rest assured, that there is certainly excellent and valid science
that demonstrates the harm of sat fat in diets. Whether you care to believe
that or not is your issue.
