I can buy low carb bread at the store that has 4 grams of carbs.
Therefore, there are breads, crackers, tortillas and another number of
products available that ARE low carb.

Obviously you don't know the meaning of or description of low carb. I pity
you.

I bet you're a great example of how low carb works.

Any particular reason you want to make bread instead of just buying some?
Wonder Light (reduced calorie) is about 6.5 grams per slice, and is a
reasonable approximation of 'regular' bread, for about the same price as
'regular' bread. Other "lite" breads are comparable. Truely super low
breads will have a harsher texture and be much denser than what you're used
to. For instance, Orrowheat bread (rye) is one that is fairly low (5 grams
I think) but the slices are also smaller.

A good lowcarb bread recipe is Myra's Lowcarb Bread Machine Bread. I switch
out the oat flour for flaxmeal myself but I don't have easy access to oat
flour. It rises well and tastes fine, but you must freeze unused portions
because it has no preservative and will mold quickly.

revek who hasn't made or eaten bread in about a year now, just don't want
any.
