Food & Exercise -- 1/27/2007
Went to my hip-hop class this morning, then ran a few errands. The
rest of the day I've been doing stuff to get ready to drive down to NC tomorrow to see my mom (who's still in the nursing home and having quite a few issues). Food: * 9:00 (home): 30g All Bran, 30g Harmony cereal, 22g whey protein, 1 cup skim milk * 12:45 (running errands): energy bar * 1:45 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup * 3:30 (home): orange * 7:45 (home): 2 cups chunkcy pot roast soup; 6 oz. wine * 9:00 (home): 1 oz. dark chocolate Totals: 1415 (117 from alcohol), 22g fat (14%), 180g carbs (51%), 108g protein (31%) Averages for the week: 1611 calories, 22% fat, 39% carbs, 30% protein Exercise: * 10:30 -- 1 hour cardio hip-hop Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
