The theme was common sense but really we all opened up because one
woman, who had reached goal and was on maintenance, just broke down
because her mother says she looks anorexic and now it's making her
stress eat. Everyone was so supportive telling her she has to just get
beyond the comments her mother makes. Her husband and children have
been extremely supportive, she looks and feels good and that is what
really counts. Her mother intentionally or not is trying to sabotage
her. One of the ladies in the group said she had been going through
periods of frustration with WW for four years but this meeting really
clicked for her and made her see the value of continuing. Our leader
was thrilled.

I saw one of the other members at Barnes & Nobles later in the day and
she was so nice to compliment me on the comments I made. I suggested the
woman with the negative mother take a look at the trackers where she had
good days with satisfying meals and try to pattern them for the next
three days just as a mini goal.

The other great thing is a lady lost 25 pounds and her good friend
passed out a 25 sack of lemons she picked from her tree. First we all
tried to lift the sack. Even ten pounds was heavy.
