Default Weigh-in day tomorrow

Hi all..

I get weighed tomorrow.. And I'm rather scared as to what the findings
will be.
I don't feel heavier after my first week of WW, however I'm certainly
not feeling any lighter.. Of course, the result could be very small..
In any case, I will post my weight here and reflect on my week's
progress..

no need to be scared, your weight is your weight no matter if you go or not,
it is merely a number that assists you in seeing what you need to do to lose
weight, it is no more or less than a nutritional fact. It is very
pleasurable to lose but if you don't it is a tool to learn what you can
do/change to get the number to move, best of luck to you, Lee

Fear not...It is what it is...You probably are very aware of what to
expect...If you lost great...If not then you can make changes...Most of us
tend to lose a bit more in the beginning and then it's just a matter of time
and perseverance...The best thing is that you are weighing in...Some just
don't and what we don't see isn't...Your on the right road...Just follow the
plan as best you can...The rest will happen...Good luck on your journey...GG
