Happy Valentines Day to all.

Today I'm so grateful I don't like chocolate. DGS and DD each got a
ton.

Linda J. snowed in for at least today.

Linda,
My WI is usually on Thursday so today I made the smart move of going to
a 9:30 meeting. I lost 1.6 which would not show as such if I went
tomorrow. We are going out to dinner tonight. It did make me have a
very sensible day. For breakfast I had tea, orange slices and a 2 pt.
bar. For lunch with a friend at a Meditteranean restaurant I ahd plain
yogurt with cucumber slices and a bowl of lentil soup with ice tea. I
had orange slices and water this afternoon. So tonight I will enjoy a
nice dinner but I will still try to make wise choices. WW has taught me
so much.

I love chocolate but DH gave me flowers and a Starbucks card. A friend
sent a tiny Godiva gift with tiny chocolate squares. I limit to one per
day.

I got carnations. Almost a fortnight later they are still blooming
beautifully, cheering me up when DH isn't here. Chocolate doesn't last
that long!
