Hello everyone,

I was on this group years ago, and eventually lost 45 pounds on WW, well I
have gained 25 back and need to get back on WW ASAP! I have tried not to
beat myself up because I still kept 20 off, but I know it's only a matter of
time before it creeps back on if I don't do something...One thing I kept up
religiously was the exercise, so that probably helped keep some of the
weight off..I am rejoining tomorrow...

A question, when I was here last time, someone had done an excel chart for
points tally and weight loss, would anyone know where that might be? and is
there a place to look up points for sushi?

Thanks, and I look forward to participating again, I need to lose 30
pounds...

Hi Meg,

In my WW food companion sushi is listed as 2 points for 4 peices. If
it's the California roll it's 3 points for 4 pieces.

welcome back, the WW site has all manner of sushi, I imagine the book they
sell has them in there, basically 4 for 2 points, Lee, can you tell I love
it?

You are doing the right thing. Stop it in its tracks and make food work for
you again instead of you working for it
