Hey Lee and Brenda, I'm still lurking too, and miss you guys. Also
wondering what happened to Prairie Roots and Natalie. Take care.

Nice to feel i was missed!

I'm OK - ish! Gained 5 lbs over new Year, and had almost lost it again
when I was attacked by a combination of a fibromyalgia flare up and the
menopause! Water retention rules KO!

A visit to the quack sorted most of that out (I now just have to hang in
there and get back properly on points and back to exercising now the
pain is retreating).

I also had some pooter problems and couldn't resubscribe to the group
until today.

My WW group is still a great support and inspiration, but I have missed
you all and thought of you all every day. Now I'm back!

Personal news:

Up 3lbs on personal goal, but only 1lb on WW goal!
12 YO son now taller than me!
DH doing his best to follow WW (hard when he's living in hotels 3 days a
week and working silly hours) and has lost over half a stone since
Christmas.
Now up to 18 sewing machines, with three more promised!
