Mall Walking exercise.
Mall Walking.
Visit: http://i8.tinypic.com/85e3i9x.jpg I decided to take a mall walk instead of norticTraking and what a difference! I had my new pedometer on my belt that show the above results. Two differences, I got aerobic steps which I haven't seen since I got the pedometer but I got to be social and say "good morning" to the employees before the stores opened at 10:00AM. I WAS ****ed off when the CVS opened and I stopped in for a blood pressure test and they don't have the desk BP machine. All the other CVS stores have them!?! I did get home and my 2 hour after meal diabetes alarm sounded off and I washed up and tested at 90 mg/dl. Perfect number. I might just apply as a security guard there. Walk all day and catch shoplifters! Best, Andy -- All Posts Blocked From: @yahoo|@gmail|@hotmail|@webtv|@aol |
