so ar today i have taken my vitamins, drank three large glasses of water,
done the bare beginnings of my exercises and put on a pot roast in the slow cooker with carrots, onion, mushrooms and onion, beef broth to wet it... my breakfast was actually a congee based soup with spicey asian sauce and
asian vegetables added, 3 pts, then a turkey and swiss on ry with reduced swiss ff mayo and a great tomato. 6 pts for that, i am at 24 right now so not bad. i did a few more exercises but still not through the daily routine yet, starting it over i am not sure how far i will get, its been a while.
