Default 75 lbs milestone - yehaaaaaaaaa!

Hi all,

Happy to report that I lost 2.2 lbs this week bringing my grand total to
76.8 lbs.

It's been just over one year and joining WW has been the most positive
life-improving thing that I've ever done.

The support from my family, friends, this NG and from my weekly meeting
group has been overwhelming and I actually believe in my heart that I can do
this for life and still lose another 100 lbs...

Taking things one day at a time, but feeling really good about all of the
NSV's I've achieved in the last year, especially yesterday when I bench
pressed 190 lbs!!!!

Eddie
Weight June05-359lbs
Current Weight-282.2lbs
Loss to date=76.8lbs
Goal Weight-180lbs

Way to go Eddie on both fronts!

Some day I would still like to be able to do a body weight bench press but
with my last rotator cuff injury I don't see it happening unless I weigh
less than 100 lbs.
