Default Core cereal question

Anyone know of a 100% bran cereal that doesn't contain sugar or HFCS? I hit
the market this morning and examined many, many boxes. I think I'll be
sticking to shredded wheat but I like bran cereals.

I don't know about ingredients but these are core in the WW complete
food companion

Post 110% bran 1/3 cup is 1 point
High Fiber Back to Nature multi-bran is 1 point for 1/2 cup
Quaker Oats oat bran is 2 points for 1/2 cup

Those are the bran cereals listed as core

It's weird that the Post cereal is listed as core since the #2 ingredient is
sugar. Due to your suggestions I just dug our my copy of the complete food
companion and saw that Fiber One is Core. It's the cereal I normally eat so
life is good. I have no reason to discontinue my breakfast of Fiber One,
plain ff yogurt, and blueberries.
