Default Sunday Weigh Day

Hi All,
Well, it was weigh and measure day today. What a rollercoaster I ride
here! Last week I was so discouraged(pre-pms) and this week all is
well again. Part of the personal growth for me is learning to take it
all in stride. Not to react to each influction of the numbers. Enjoy
the journey. That is my mantra right now and it does help. Plus, I
have truly been enjoying my walks. I love to be outside, and it feels
empowering to charge up those hills! So, the count for today is down 4
pounds, and a total of 14 1/2 inches, total weight loss 20 pounds
since Aug. 29, 2003. Gotta love this LC'ing!
Blessings to all,
Jeano
