Great news

Just wanted to share. I am SO elated. I had a doctor visit this morning.
First one I've had in a year. Last year at this time, I was 85 pounds
heavier.

Okay, here's the great news. The doctor told me I could go off my blood
pressure medicine. He thinks I don't need it anymore. I'll still have to get
it checked in a week or so to see if it is holding down, but I'm thinking
positively.

Awesome! Wow!

This weekend a friend of mine had a blood pressure pill -- uh --
accident. Two of her dogs got into her pills. Each consumed one. She
ended up calling the emergency vet and then the poison control center.
Both dog had to "give back the pill." :-( Everyone is doing fine now
but she had a scary 24 hours or so...

Wow! That is great news! I have high blood pressure also and I am hoping
to someday get off of my BP medication!
