Default Triple Yolks/ Nausea, Soda and Dehydration

If you live in the Philly area go out to Shady Maple (IGA) Uber Market
in East Earl Pa (near Lancaster) they have a huge selection of meats,
cheeses
and so many different eggs from the Amish farmers around the area its not
even funny.
Double and triple yolked eggs!
Plus RICH creams! The homemade pork sausage and hamloaf is delicious.

I figured out why I was starving and nauseous.
I was very dehydrated!
My blood pressure was up and everything smelled funny and I was very
nauseous!
I forced a breakthrough last night and now my natural thirst is back.
I just never get thirsty and I know thats bad and I try to drink enough but
I always fail eventually. I used to drink a gallon a day but something
happened
and I stopped. Ive learned my lesson.
I was drinking all that soda and Im now convinced (at least for my own body)
that SODA and sweetened drinks are not substitutes for water in hydration.
I was drinking a 2 liter bottle of chocolate fudge soda (SF) a day and I was
STILL
horribly dehydrated.

Default Triple Yolks/ Nausea, Soda and Dehydration

Symptoms related to Thirst: dehydration (22), hunger (11), sweating (59),
excessive hunger (11), food symptoms (21), thinness (6), weight gain (29),
weight loss (121), overeating (10), undereating (11)
Symptoms: symptom center, symptom groups

Got H2O? You should!

The human body is made up of 90% water. In fact, your body contains more
than 10 gallons of water. Most likely, you have heard these facts before.
However, did you know that your blood is mostly water? In fact, if your
blood is balanced with the correct amount of water and other essentials, it
closely resembles the chemical make-up of sea water. Every cell in your body
requires water to function properly. That is why dehydration can be such a
serious problem.

As we age, we begin to lose our sense of dehydration. At that time, we begin
to mistake the sensation of dehydration as hunger. People tend to eat
instead of drinking a glass of water. This can exacerbate the problem and
further dehydration may occur.

Dehydration can lead to pre-mature aging. Free radicals can cause the demise
of any cell in your body. The theory that has most recognized this notion
is the oxidative theory or the free radical theory. It states that although
oxygen is essential for life, it is also harmful and becomes more so as we
age. How is this possible? Oxygen in its various metabolic reactions in the
body can be converted to harmful by-products, called oxygen-derived free
radicals. These harmful free radicals are highly reactive and relatively
indiscriminate in their destruction of protein, fat and DNA molecules. These
are the molecules upon which our bodies' functions depend. Your body’s
defense to these evil free radicals is antioxidants. However, they cannot
work alone. Your body must have proper hydration to flush the free radicals
out of your system.

Water has so many amazing properties. Did you know that you can stop an
allergic reaction, a sinus headache, and an asthma attack simply by drinking
a 16oz. glass of water? It is a shame that 73% of all Americans are
dehydrated. It is the least expensive beauty product on the market.

I only posted it cause of the following statement:

to mistake the sensation of dehydration as hunger. People tend to eat

Right, but where the source is so questionable, the reader has no reason
to accept this passage as true. Also, what does it mean, "as we age"?
People in their 30s have this problem? I somewhat doubt it. People in
their 90s? I dunno, but I'd probably be more likely to give it credence.

Actual, real scientists have found that normal people don't in fact need
the gallons of water that some people push, and, that one's hydration does
not need to come from unadulterated H2O.
