Blood Pressure
I appreciate everyone's comments about my blood pressure going down. I do
keep records and take my blood pressure several times a day. However when my blood pressure went to 89/59 and I was so very tired, most unlike me yesterday, I decided to go off the pills. I had been reducing them to half a pill and it was still going down before that. The holiday week-end is now over and I will call my doctor today. But I feel ever so much better now not having taken a pill for over 48 hours and my blood pressure is regestering a better 20/80. It was really scary though with it going down so low yesterday morning. I just couldn't figure out why I felt so very tired. Sandy |
