Health Reflections
I've noticed over the years I tend to get heavier and not lighter.
Heavier in a bad way. I do make efforts to keep in shape. Sometimes they're work related. Ok, MOST of the time they're work related. I manage to get myself with a job that involves some high physical activity or heavy lifting. It keeps me going though and I believe has kept me in decent shape across my years after high school. I'm not trying to scare some of our aging readers here, but paying attention to your fitness is more and more important the older you get. I have a blog that has some information about what I'm writing about. If you feel like lookng at, I would completely suggest doing it: http://workoutfitness.blogspot.com/ Even if you're young you should be thinking about staying in shape. There's no telling what may happen to your body as you age. That hard body may not always be that way. So it's important to stay on top of nutrition too. Watch what you eat, work hard at staying healthy. Then, when you reach my age, you'll have a lot less to worry about. Take some time to figure out how much you're affecting your future self when you work out, or don't. |
