Screw that research, says my own personal blood levels when I run them
once per month. ;-)

I may not represent the majority, but I know what works for ME!

Low carb works better than low fat for healthy serum lipid levels.
And Glucose levels.

Non-fasting 2 hr. pp 92 glucose.

HA1C 4.2 last check.

Cholesterol 190 without, but with my normal booze consumption, 220.
HDL 45 to 80. Depending on my seafood intake.

Triglycerides vary, but all within "normal" range. 50 to 150.

At least for ME!

Cheers!!!!!!!!!

No, he has shown that he has no time to read.

Actually, he also likes to put down all the things that don't work for
him, even though they may work for the majority of the people.

He seems self centered. But that should be obvious. Nice quote below.

This is so ironic to me. Before I started LC, 7 years ago, I was on a
severe LF regimen. The saying went "if you don't eat fat, you can't gain
fat". Isn't it funny how the reverse was true?

OM is a he?

Wow, I have been mentally reading "his" posts with a sassy feminine voice
in my head.

Guess I'm pretty observant/perceptive.

Om is a she and for some reason, she read the above as "unhealthy" blood
levels.

I need to make damned sure I am more awake when I post.

And no, I did not read the article because when I clicked on it, the
site demanded a user registration.

Experience has shown me that if I want LOTS of spam, give websites my
e-mail address. :-P
