Low Carb Store
I discovered a Low Carb Store only a half mile from home. They have been
open two weeks. They have a great selection of LC products, but the prices are a bit high. I spent $10 on a jar of spaghetti sauce. Keto chips have a great cheesy coating, but the chip tastes a bit odd. They have a nice crunch. LC is growing fast. Competition will drive the prices down eventually. If you are in the Silicon Valley, the Store is on Capitol Expressway near Highway 87. Cubit 308/291.5/165 |

Way to go, cubitch.
I'm sure all that junk will help you lose weight. You should stop giving advice until you actually make some progress. -- JC Eat less, exercise more. -- "Cubit" wrote in message ... "Cubit" slid from beneath the satin sheets of the bed of
iniquity and whispered: I spent $10 on a jar of spaghetti sauce. Ragu classic is less than most brands as far as carbohydrates go. Can't find a jar in my house, but I know they are less than 10 g We don't eat spaghetti often, but when we do, it's whole wheat noodles and Ragu sauce, $1.50 a jar -- Jacqueline is one hot babe http://www.dancingborg.co.uk/guesswho.jpg ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ btw...**** ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |

Low Carb Store
Nature's Own regular whole wheat (NOT the honey wheat) is only 7 carbs per
slice and TONS better than the spongy low carb one they make. Open faced egg salad or tuna sandwiches every so often... yummmm and very worth the extra two carbs for me. Teeb "Amanita, Private Dancer" wrote in message s.com... ospam (Susan ) slid from beneath the satin sheets of the bed of iniquity and whispered: How hard is it to find a supermarket sauce with no added sugar where you are? Sorry for the outburst, but I hope there's some gold in that jar. you can find most stuff in regular stores for a lot cheaper than specialty shops. Nature's Own bread, for instance, has a low carb bread that is less than $2 a loaf for 5 net carbs (carbs minus fiber) The stuff with Atkins on the label is way higher and if you want to bake your own and buy the Atkins mix, you are paying about $5 a loaf on average and coming out with a higher carb count than the grocery store brand. -- |

My Mom's spaghetti sauce is worth $20 an ounce, so there. Have I offended you in some way? Your criticism seems a bit unkind. |
