does anyone have a proven sugar free fudge recipe that i can use for
Valentine's day?

i've seen some online, but i'd really rather use one someone has tried and
liked.

There's one on Jenny's page
(http://www.geocities.com/jenny_the_bean/recipes.htm, scroll down to "No
Hidden Carb Fudge").

I haven't tried it exactly as written -- I substituted mascarpone for the
cream cheese -- but it was good. When I made it with the DaVinci vanilla,
as written, I also added chopped walnuts. I've also used different
flavorings in place of the vanilla: once I used DaVinci coconut (and added
some unsweetened shredded coconut); once I used DaVinci peppermint paddy
and added a little peppermint extract; once I added peanut butter. The
peanut butter one didn't taste very peanut buttery; the others were all
good. I liked the mint one the best.
