Just wanted to anounce a new resource for folks interested in
monitoring their health and fitness with ease. Check out

to advanced. Including solutions for Power 90x and P90x and more.
Keep track of your key metrics get calculators and more.

Thanks for the info. It seems to be excellent ready made calculator and data base record where we can store and retrieve our regular inputs for observing progress.
