"I am something you drink. I taste pretty good and my flavor can
easily be modified. I am ok to drink during Induction as well. One
serving of me costs no more than $5 to make. I contain less than 8
grams of carbs per serving. However, the tricky part of my chemistry
is, I contain 600-800 calories per serving. What am I?"

Ok Iron Chefs - bring it on. What is this concotion?
