High fiber bread
What is a good "high fiber bread" that can be bought at a regular grocery
store? Will any type of bread do? How many grams of fiber should I be looking for? Jennifer |

High fiber bread
Hi Jennifer,
I buy a brand called Brannola. It has 3 grams of fiber in each slice. According to WW...that is the requirement to be labeled high fiber. It's 1 point for one slice and 3 points for 2.
