UP an even 2.0 but still under WW goal but over NYNY goal.

I decided to restart Journaling today.

Great going, Fred! This is when you are allowed a little gain - when
you're under the WW one ;-) but I agree with doing the journal so it
doesn't get out of hand. Congratulations.

heh. Under goal is under goal, but I betcha you do want to journal for a
bit, hey. My weekend sent me from 159 on my scale to 161 and I am
journaling.

I am wondering if I should weigh in weekly for a while. whatcha think?

Other than when I went out-of-town, I have been pretty much weighing
weekly even though we do not have to. I did go to one meeting not
expecting to weighin but my leader convinced me after she noted that
they get paid per body and that bodies only counted if their official
booklet (the one ww keeps) shows attendance. So I have weighed in
each time I go. It may help keep you accountable if you think that
you need that accountability.

I figure the Journal will help be see what I really am doing
snacking-wise lately. The snacks have been creeping up.

I think if I threatened to weighin naked, WW would refund all my
monies! (g)

But I will need that clothing allowance next week - it really was too
cool to drive up there, exit car and walk to WI in shorts. So next
week it is either full jeans or if the zip-off pants arrive, then I
can drop the lower-leg portion and still wear shorts. But I would not
mind just walking to the scale wearing my fleece, sneakers and jeans
like the OLD days and knowing I would not break the bank.

I really do need to be accountable for my snacking again and that will
require journaling, I figure. The other meals (yeah, like snacking is
a meal, huh! (G)) are pretty much in control and pretty standard. I
also need to figure the EXERCISE quotient now, too.

Yeah, I think I'm going to have to a lifetime journaler after I reach
my lifetime weight. It's just too easy for me to get unconscious about
the amount of food I eat. Too bad about the gain, but hey! I'm
realizing from observing all you lifers that there're just as many
lessons to be learned to keep the weight off as there were in getting
it off.

I don't think I am ready to cut the meetings loose yet. The stress level
around here is pretty wicked, I wouldn't want to let anything slide until I
have an idea what I can actually eat and stay around this weight. Or less.
I really would like to be under 160, meetings would no doubt help with that
little endeavor. I think without em, I might just coast.
